I would invest in a place like that. Sure it would be a living and a quiet place to live. Sure it would be a better place to live than the one where I live.

I like roofs and terraces, stone walls, wood, rocks, iron, cement and color. Gardens, paths, flowers and trees, sun and rain. A little bit of this, a little bit of that, things that fill life and being. Gardening, artwork, decoration and leisure.

The bathroom. On my mind you should have started with the wall on the right side, putting the tiles on the wall. Then the center wall. Then the wall on the left, following the measurements of the bathtub floor plate and the door. (You said there´s a gap between the walls and the plate.) Finally the plate and the door.

I think that constructor that gave you that advice is right. But you´ve follow what you thought it was the right way to do it. Which was to sit on the sofa and drink a beer after a day of work.
