Then, the water plumbing for your tent or for the house, in whatever you want to live in there. Having a water well its a good start for whatever you want to do there.
The tools and the materials to work and build have their cost. If you can build something by your own, very good. If not, the cost of the building, of the construction doubles, triples. If you build something with someone, will be much better and easy in question of work and time, than to do it all alone.

She used to live in a van. Now that she bought a piece of land to live, her life has change.
It´s a noisy place, the neighborhood and the traffic noise is audible, which is not good.
She have been feeling tiered, visible. Work sometimes tires people, some more than others. She needs time and adaptation to her new life and work. She needs will, to get in shape and to gain strength. After the long six years of being sit with her arse in a van, traveling... how could she be in shape physically and mentally and ready to change her life and to work? A long term travel in a van, with trepidations, tremors, noises and other factors that are not good and healthy to no one, physically and psychologically. Feeling it and in somehow with doubts about her option. Which was to leave her van and travelling life style and to buy a piece of land on a hill or mountain, places where she likes most to be and adventure. But that piece of land in that place!?
