It's complicated because nothing there is straight. The floor, the stones, and the walls are not straight, making everything less simple and easier, turning more difficult to work on and to build something.

The bolts craved on the stones to support the floors. The walls aren´t straight, within possibilities probably not the best option.

As you said, the walls are solid as these ones in colors, the floors and the roof will be too.

Building a new one, much simple and easier to build than to restore?

Everything is complicated, not simple, not easy, hardwork and time but can be done.

Simple, easy and not so complicated, with a bank account, construction licences, less bureaucracies and papers, knowledge, construction knowledge, construction workers with knowledge and practice, knowledge about materials and tools to use and the processes and methods to apply on the building of a house. Simple, easy and not so complicated would be if someone build the house or whatever for you.

The floors have been build before the work that should be done on the basement and walls. Because you want to get over the roof to repair it before the raining days of Autumn and Winter. Rains a lot there along the year, with the roof repaired you can work inside the house without it get wet.
