You like the place, the Hut and many other things there. The Caspian Mountains, the wild within, the rivers and the lakes, the greenest fields... sunlight, winds, rains and snow...  You would like to have and live in a place like that, you have it. What to do now´ What to do´ What would you like to do and live there´ Build something there for you and to live there. Isn´t it what you want and would like to do´ A Home, a roof with walls, with windows and doors, passages, portals to those greatest and beautiful fields, landscapes and horizons. Are you going to live and do all that alone´ With the help of some friends and other people that may help you´ Ok. You need more than that, you need someone, a dear one, to be with you, to do that.  

The trail gets muddy when it rains. The wheels slip or get stuck in the mud. A snow trail when it snows. A tractor with a plow will be needed to clear the snow from the trail. Tokya can only get to the Hut when the weather is dry. Meaning that you´ll have to climb on foot every time you want to spend some time there. If you don´t solve it in a near future very soon you gonna get tiered of having to climb on foot to get to the hut. The water pipe will freeze when it’s cold and snowy, leaving you without running water. Snow flakes boiled with orange juice and milk. The pipe has no insulation for low temperatures to keep the water flowing. The Hut entry still doesn´t have a stair, a deck with a stair. The Hut’s door hasn’t been changed yet. Wind, cold and rain still get through the door. The rats, if you cover any holes the Hut has and fix the door, the rats won’t get in anymore. Animals poo, horses poo, will attract bugs and insects, flies. Who would want to live in a place full of that? Annoying animals, nerves.

Water, well, water systems, generator, plumbing 

Power, solar, need some investment and maintenance, but gets payed with time. No expensive electric bills, only the solar power maintenance expenses. Electric cable (expensive), if you´re going to do something there´ Because you gonna need to use electric tools to build something there.

Little and temporary house. Livable house. Things, whatever, will take some time to build.
