Is it a personal option and choice? Without means there isn´t much that can be done? Is it a question of survival? Many questions that can be asked. Reason? Is there any reason or reasons?

Things like, stay away from street artists, from the yellow and brown clowns of the social media and government, from their dogs and from brown monkeys.
